These Terms of Use govern your use of tcbsupportsolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by TCB Solutions (“TCB,” “we,” “us”), a company of The Computer Butler. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information on this Site

Content on the Site is general information about our services. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Examples shown on the Site, such as sample service requests or sample gap reports, are illustrations only.

3. Services are governed by written agreements

Any IT, cybersecurity or compliance services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal, scope of work or service agreement signed by you and TCB. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls. Pricing, timelines and deliverables are set in that written scope.

Compliance-related services help you assess and address security and regulatory requirements. They do not certify, guarantee or warrant compliance with any law, regulation or framework. Formal certification or attestation, where required, comes from an independent assessor. No security testing of any system begins until an authorized representative of the system owner approves a written scope.

4. Submitting information

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it and to make the request on behalf of your organization. Please do not submit passwords, patient information, payment card numbers or other sensitive data through the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit.
